A hashimotos guide, simplified. This routine keeps the annoying symptoms to a minimum.
1. Eat the rainbow and prioritize protein. Bonus points if you cook your own meals.
2. Did you know if you have hashimotos, it’s harder for your body to sweat and get rid of toxins? Incorporating weekly sweat routine (my go to has been @sweathouz) does the trick.
3. Very underrated but one of the most important: Sleep. Prioritize your rest.
4. Hot girl(or boy) walks daily. Whether you can squeeze in 20 min or an hour, any movement is better than nothing.
